Dark Jinx was founded by D Jiwany a born and bred North Londoner who wanted to make affordable, quirky jewellery for all her chums and everyone else in between. D was inspired by a mixture of urban and alternative cultures as she often related to both. Also influenced by films, graphic novels, tv as well nature and the world around her. It seemed the vibe for the brand was truly in place, all that was left was how to utilise it. Experimenting with making jewellery, D found a liking to perspex, the plastic fantastique material seemed perfect for her aesthetic and thus began her journey into jewellery design. All products are made in England with silver and gold plated findings.
