All international orders outside of UK and Norther Ireland are tracked. Prices may vary due to size, please check the delivery assigned to specific products. All our products are wrapped and sent in gift boxes.

Please allow approximately 5-10 working days from the date of ordering (Monday to Friday). International deliveries may exceed this period, please allow up to 15 working days from the date of ordering.

Returns

If you receive incorrect or faulty products, please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item(please note any queries made after this time is dealt with at our discretion.) 

You have within 14 days of receipt to return the item in its original package, unworn, unused. Any defect that appears to be general wear and tear will not be eligible for refund. We do not accept returns postage costs but will refund initial postage costs.

Once you have emailed us with your query including your order number, we will instruct you as how to proceed.

Please note earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
